Should be shown, will still be governed by ofcom policy so you won't see anything offensive anyway. It'll just be interviews with a bunch of tossers trying to justify their reasons for doing such a wanky thing. Wankers the lot of 'em.

Who has said that it is mandatory to watch ?????
What happened to the off button on the tv ????
Do we not live in a free country ????
As long as there is sufficient warning that adult
content is contained within the programm and that
it is aired at a suitable time, I do not see why
such a fuss is to be made !!!! There are atleast
3 terresrtial channels to be watched alternativly
to this programme, why watch it if you are offened
by the subject.
SINCE WHEN HAVE WE BEEN MADE TO WATCH TELEVISION AT ALL ???

The important question here is the age of the participants. We must protect the under 18s.

When I saw the headline "Channel Four to screen Wankathon" in the papers, I assumed Jimmy Carr had been given another panel show.

I'm looking forward to seeing it. I commend channel 4 for making this program available.
Perhaps Mr. Beyer might watch it too ?

Oh, but it's not really necessary is it, because I think he knows enough about the subject matter already.

Why oh why oh why couldn't he have used an expression like "Channel 4 should pull the plug"?? Unintentional double entendres would make him far less boring...

[...] Is it just men, do you think? Difficult to imagine many women turning up…The real fuss, however, is that Channel 4 are making a documentary about it: Cameras from independent production company Zig Zag, which made Essex Boys for ITV1, will follow the organisers and participants for a 60-minute film, which has the working title of Wank-a-thon. It is expected to air on Channel 4 towards the end of the year. [...]
