Ah, but note the phrase “within religious or other belief-based charities”. This looks as if it won’t enter into dingdongs between organisations, but what about someone from outside who complains about one of them. I haven’t looked at the regs, so I don’t know.

As it's a basic of company law that companies cannot do things other than the purpose they are set up for, I'd say that if this is Green's outfit he's skating on thin ice. As it nowhere mentions religion, etc. then it also raises questions about whether he's motivated by moral and religious conscience or just out for a quick buck by being Mr Rentaquote.
