Here’s another one for the “they’re not offended yet, but they will be” pile. American comedian Bill Maher has made a documentary focusing on the stupidity of religion. It is called Religulous and, judging from the trailer, it looks pretty funny:

Does anyone know if this is seeing a UK release? I love Bill Maher and the UK could do with seeing his brilliance too.
Well the BBFC has given it a rating of 15 (see link below) but that doesn’t mean that it has a distribution deal in the UK. Although if Sicko made it over here Religulous just might too. If not (in the words of the Simpsons) it will almost certainly be “Coming to an illegal download site near you soon”. Not that I’d ever condone such behaviour you understand.

How long after the release did Sicko arrive in the UK?
Maher has little following in the uk, unlike moore, but hopefully this film will make it over the pond. I’d rather watch this than any of moore’s garbage
