Blackwells no longer are willing to ship this book. I ordered from them last week, but had an email from them canceling my order yesterday

The book is NOT available in North America.
The author stated in an interview that the book was only available through Irish book retailers. They will ship. There is no other way to buy the book.

The Author's name is John Duignan (not Tom). It appears to be available from Blackwells
