How does one stop the "Heads of State and governments" labelled in the film from perpetrating these atrocities on their own populations, or aquiescing in such acts (as in Swat/Pakistan) ??? I have a horrible suspicion that, like the nazis they are, and are emulating, that overwhelming military force may be the only way. NOT a pleasant prospect, really, is it? Anyone got any better ideas? OK HOW?
