I have just checked amazon.com, and this title was NOT available there. There was ONE sponsored link:

and this link included no book reviews or ratings for the title.

It looks like the ISBN matches the Gibson Square edition – but didn’t the publisher abandon its plans to publish after Martin Ryjna’s house was firebombed? Did Gibson Square ever actually publish it?

Otherwise, I’m more concerned that Amazon.co.uk is only selling used copies through third parties, though it’s still in print…

As far as I can make out, the “legal reasons” seem to be the publishers’ fear of legal proceedings from certain areas of the Muslim community. Not really sure if that counts as “legal reasons” per se. Or maybe someone really has tried to push a case against the publishers?
