And the worst form of human rights violation in the world is…

… “uttering profanities against Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)”. Or so says Dr Adel Al-Damkhi of the Kuwait Human Rights Society.

That is why he is calling on YouTube to “delete all derogatory statements about Islam and Muslims”. Apparently it’s “an outright violation of the human rights of millions of Muslims all over the world”.

No, Dr Al-Damkhi. It is not.

Actually, I was rather of the opinion it was a human right to have free speech… or did I get that wrong?

That’s funny… my parents have god on their side too and I’m pretty sure they’re not Muslims. How can this be?

I thought it was the right to stop gays…oh wait, that’s the Russian Orthodox position.

Sorry, I meant “the worst form of human rights violation in the world is…” not being allowed to stop gays.

Just out of interest - if a bloke in a red nose went on You-Tube and read either extracts for the Koran or word-for word transcriptions of sermons or other ‘learned’ Muslim comment, would that be derogatory?
